Our company “Audit Advice Associates” once again took part in the largest specialized exhibition for HR products and services – HR INDUSTRY 2023 (https://2023.hrindustry.bg/)

The organizers from JobTiger ( https://www.jobtiger.bg/ ) once again proved their innovation, flexibility and customer approach in the organization and holding of such forums – excellent planning, communication and support for exhibitors and visitors.

At our company’s stand, we presented our two main products:

  • HR audit of personnel management functions and activities in companies;
  • Employee engagement survey, demonstrating successive updates to our cloud engagement survey application (https://esurvey.space/) and the changed roles of HR Managers in it.

In the Seminar’s program, we presented the topic with the “collegiate-cautionary” title: “Don’t measure engagement if you won’t improve…”.

We were prompted by the disturbing results of two questions we ask in the process of researching commitment to managers.

  1. What proportion of respondents receive feedback or information with engagement survey results? According to this indicator, we are equal to the good practices for over 70% informed after the research.
  2. What proportion of managers have taken action based on engagement research results? Here, our observations are that in most companies this is still not a reality (only 44%), while good practices point to over 62%.

The guests of the seminar supported with examples from their personal practice that conducting any kind of research among employees, if they are not preceded and followed by real actions, plans, programs and corrections, are meaningless and sometimes demotivating.
